Delivery, made clear

Your firewood arrives securely packed on a pallet. Standard delivery is kerbside, using a tail lift and pallet truck.

You need flat, firm, level access. Pallet trucks cannot cross gravel, grass, slopes or steps.

London, Highlands, islands and other listed areas may carry a surcharge. Check delivery details before ordering.

Delivery is kerbside only. Any additional help is at the driver’s discretion on the day and cannot be guaranteed.
